to be picky, i dislike the lines after the flying obejcts, and there should be a small lighter silhouette on top of the patients foot, on the right side as it is on the left side...but i'm not sure about that.. doesnt he look a little out of perspective too? maybe i'm just a little confused about the lightsources...
anyway... just mho... concept overcome technique. I love it ^^
